1. Service Agreement

By engaging EventValueCreations for event planning services, you agree to these terms. Our services include event consultation, planning, vendor coordination, and day-of management as specified in your service contract.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due 14 days before your event. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before the event: 50% refund of paid amounts. Cancellations made 30-59 days before: 25% refund. Cancellations within 30 days: no refund due to vendor commitments.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, make timely decisions, and communicate changes promptly. Final guest counts must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the total contract amount. We are not responsible for vendor performance beyond our control, weather conditions, or venue-related issues.

6. Intellectual Property

Event designs, concepts, and planning materials remain our intellectual property. Photos and testimonials may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
